Dr. Anthony’s career began in her grandmother’s kitchen. Because of her grandmother’s cooking lessons, she determined early on that a career in culinary arts was the right path. Dr. Anthony attended two of the top culinary schools in the United States. She earned an associates in culinary arts and a bachelors in culinary arts management from the Culinary Institute of America.
She earned her masters is hospitality administration finance from Johnson & Wales University and she earned her doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix – School of Advanced Studies.
I have worked in roles as Director of Food and Nutrition in the K-12 environment and for Sodexo as a Chef and General Manager in the healthcare, corporate, and higher education sectors.
